Biography
Dawn Davison grew up in Southern California before venturing to Boston, where she graduated from Tufts University with a degree in political science. Not a fan of cold winters or the 3,000 miles separating her from her camp sweetheart (now her husband), she returned to California for graduate school, earning a master’s degree in broadcast journalism at USC. She worked as a publicist for several television series and celebrities before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her four kids.
When she was diagnosed with a chronic illness, she decided to follow her life-long dream of becoming an author. Whether writing for adult or YA audiences, her books contain a combination of the elements she loves to read—fantasy, romance, mystery, and humor.
Dawn lives in Southern California with her husband, kids, and two dogs. In addition to being an avid reader, she enjoys singing and beating the guys as part of the only female team (along with her best friend) in her fantasy football league.

As a psychologist for Supernaturals, Dr. Jace Monroe is used to dealing with unusual cases. Like an incubus suffering from erectile dysfunction, a newly-turned vampire with a blood aversion, and a demon with paranoia. Her empathic powers allow her to literally feel her patients’ pain, but Jace doesn’t fit into either the human or supernatural worlds.
Humans freak out when they discover her abilities. And when it comes to serious relationships, she learned the hard way that Supes stick to their own kind. So she’s resigned herself to a lifetime of being single.
But when one of her patients is murdered, her life will be turned upside down by sexy wolf shifter, Detective Brayden Hunter.
After storming out during his one disastrous mandatory counseling session last year, Jace put him out of her mind. Mostly. Despite their instantaneous sizzling chemistry, she isn't eager to see him again. But working in close proximity makes it difficult to deny their powerful mutual attraction. And when evidence points to another of her patients, Brayden’s protective—and romantic—instincts kick in.
The smart thing for Jace would be to steer clear of both Brayden and the investigation. Otherwise, she faces grave danger—from the murderer and to her heart.
